Though modest in scale, the Dr. M residence in Gulberg Greens, Islamabad offered Constructo an opportunity to showcase our hallmark precision and attention to detail. The project focused heavily on mild steel (MS) fabrication, where we designed, built, and installed both interior and exterior metalwork to combine functionality, durability, and minimal aesthetics.
For the exterior, we constructed a robust metal gate using sheet metal framed for structural strength. Inside the home, we installed custom metal grills and stair railings, fabricated from pipes treated with red oxide for corrosion resistance and long-term performance.
We also handled the fabrication and installation of metal-framed windows, further contributing to the home’s safety and visual consistency.
