Constructo successfully delivered a multi-level custom residence in Bahria Enclave, Islamabad, featuring a basement, ground floor, first floor, and mumty, all designed by Maroof Architects Lahore. We ensured timely coordination and precise communication, enabling the architects to proceed confidently without the need for site visits. When key jali details were missing from the initial drawings, our collaborators at RSi Studio recreated them based on reference photos.
As one of the top residential contractors in Islamabad, we sourced traditional wooden doors from KPK to maintain authenticity, finished the floors with elegant royal white marble, and applied premium Jotun paints for a durable, flawless look throughout.
Our scope also included the fabrication and installation of all metal railings and architectural elements, including a prominent horseshoe arch, constructed using a custom metal ring mould with cement cast over it, showcasing our attention to detail and structural skill. This project is a testament to Constructo’s ability to deliver architecturally detailed residential construction that faithfully brings design visions to life.
