Constructo was entrusted with the finishing phase of Silk Mall, a commercial construction project on Peshawar Road, Rawalpindi. Our scope included the supervision of final works, facade tile installation, metal frame fabrication, and the provision of scaffolding, which were all executed in-house for optimal control, speed, and quality.
To meet a tight timeline, we completed the tile installation within just 30 days. By handling every element internally — including labor, materials, and site management — we ensured seamless coordination and adherence to the original design without requiring constant architect supervision. The result: a clean, modern commercial facade delivered with speed, precision, and aesthetic impact.
